********** in the bed, sheets with cigarette burns, red blood-like stain on the curtain, foul smells, dirt on the floor, rusty heaters, refusal to refund, rude and dishonest owner!!! Unsanitary places to avoid.

Upon entering the room, smell of cigarettes, urine, window curtains not washed, 1 small body soap the size of a $2, 2 towels and washcloths, no coffee maker, suburbs not passed, door blind entry scrap..a place not recommended from me... Evaluation of 0/10

Rooms had an unpleasant odour. We had to run back and forth to the reception to get ourselves a different room. When we complained about the odour, guy at the reception said, “I am not surprised.” Seriously??

Good service Good breakfast towels were clean and white with free parking Wi-Fi were good unique location close to Montmorency Falls with Mont St Anne and the snowmobile trails were breathtaking
