Great property, centrally located and steps away from the village and lifts. Ski rental and ski boot warming/drying on site. Nice restaurant - Wonderful buffet style breakfast included each morning. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a beautiful view of the mountain and the room itself was very nice but that is were the positive things about the hotel end. There are 2 elevators. One did not work the whole week we were there and then the second elevator went out of service at the end of our stay. Had to carry all of our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. There was a power outage and the front desk said it was due to the storm. There was not storm in beaver creek only Denver. They did get a few flurries, what would actually happen if they got more than an inch or two. The valet was very nice but left my lights on when they parked the car. We need to jump the battery to get it started. They were very quick about ordering and getting this done since we were leaving for the airport. Glad we left a few extra minutes otherwise we would have been in trouble. Limited menu for food in the hotel and a bit overpriced even for Beaver Creek. Kids menu was $32. Bartenders were effective but not warm and friendly. Sadly, I wanted to love this hotel but I won’t be back.

Awesome stay! Staff went above ( especially Hunter)and beyond. Property was emaculent. Clean quiet. Will definitely come back. Great little get away.

The staff are eager to please. Unfortunately the excellent breakfast they served last year has been replaced with a mostly lukewarm buffet style meal. The "eggs" are just the reconstituted gruel you get at a hospital or other cafeteria. They provide only two servers for the whole restaurant so getting what you need and having your dirty plates cleared does not happen. I cannot believe what I paid for egg product. The quality decline from last year's food and service is a shame.

We loved our stay at the Pines Lodge. The hot tub was amazing as was the pool. The restaurant was closed down during out stay but we were able to easily walk to the village and dine there. Beautiful area! The staff was great too.
