The custom Inn was very good. I had problems sleeping but that was not their fault. The breakfast was good but always only partly ready. The eggs were first, but no bacon, potatoes or sausage and any of that came in about 15 minutes, late,

The shower pressure was great. Towels and sheets very clean and soft.

The breakfast was just Clif bars and hot chocolate or coffee and unchilled fruit. Not much to claim as "breakfast included."
The cheap heater/air conditioner was noisy all night.
Being right across the street from a truck stop didn't help the noise factor.
However, the front desk help has always been wonderful and kind. Too bad the motel itself doesn't live up to the kindness of the front desk.

The property was clean, just older and not updated. Could use bedskirts and more art. For a one night drive through town it was fine. It was loud in the evening before bed and in the morning as you could hear other guests talking, going in and out of their doors and closing their car doors. Heater under window was load went on and off all night. Breakfast was apples, bananas, oranges, granola bars, coffee, tea and hot chocolate and that was it.

The room was clean and checkin was easy. My only complaint is that the walls between rooms must have no insulation as our neighbor was extremely loud and obnoxious. Did not get much sleep.
