I booked a non-smoking room but there was a smell of smoke all time, couldn't sleep properly and Bed light was also not working room is dark not comfortable.

Property is in dire need of maintenance and repairs, hall ways were filthy and smelled like pot, and lots of vagrants wondering around the parking lot.

Door lock hardly latch, i have to lift the door up to make it latch. Place smells bad. Next door has dig that barks loudly. Hallway floor is filthy.

No amenities in room except a bar of soap.
No utensils, paper products, coffee, etc. When I asked, the excuse was “Since Covid we don’t stock anything…”. Not even a wrapped drinking cup. Nor a television remote.
Ugh. Very disappointing.
