Excellent location. But more importantly, very, very clean. Comfortable bed, good fresh hot breakfast options. Staff was super accommodating and friendly. Nice pool & fitness center. I felt very safe abd it was quiet. Normally you hear doors shutting as guests come and go. None of that. Very peaceful, highly recommend. Hilton never let's me down

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were well kept and very clean. The gym onsite was well equipped. This hotel has everything you needed. We would definitely stay at this location in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was fun and inviting and staff was wonderful to us during our visit. Agnes took great care of us! We really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!

Starting with the high points: 1) we really love the location, 2) we love the family game room atmosphere in the lobby area, 3) the time and energy put into the breakfast was clear; people were working hard to keep up, area was clean, selections were good. The only suggestion I would have is to relocate the plates and plates and flatware to one end or the other and away from the pancake machine (which btw is pure magic and looked like everyone enjoyed the pancake machine). Ok....here goes the critical feedback. Some things in the room design does not seem well thought out. The "coat hooks" are in the narrow area and had more than one person hit their shoulder or arm on them trying to walk through. They are also about head height for kids. The bed frames are too big for the beds, cheaply made and make for shin busters. I bet I hit my shins at least 6 times on two days. The bedding, too much polyester or something, I was hot/cold/sweaty/ gross both mornings. Otherwise, rooms are clean, soaps are great, plenty of towels. Kids loved the pool.

I like the idea of this place... ecofriendly, efficient, etc. But it's just not very comfortable. The room is tiny with no normal furniture, the towels are very scratchy, etc. Worst part was the heater, which was extremely loud each time it came on through the night

New, clean, friendly, great location. Good breakfast… 24 hour coffee, water filling station. Nice lobby area with tables, pool table, and access to a gym. Checks all the boxes and we would happily stay there again. Shout out to a very friendly welcome from John Rivera at the front desk when we checked in.

They charged me late check in even though we were in our rooms. They didn’t fix it until I called after I hit home. Their front staff didn’t know what they were doing
