The hotel is next to the pedestrian street in the center of Kleve. Shopping, supermarkets and transportation are very convenient. The hotel seems to be the best hotel nearby. The room is very quiet, the decoration is average, and there are not many service staff. It may be because there are few guests in the small city.

Even wennen aan een kamer zonder aparte badkamer. Want zowel douche als wastafel zijn in de kamer zelf. Gelukkig wel het toilet achter een deur! Toilet was overigens vrij smerig. Lichaamssappen dropen van deur en deurpost. Prima bed. Jammer van de slechte kussens Ontbijt erg uithebreid in een fijne ruimte.

Zeer slecht. Geen communicatie mogelijk. Vooraf gevraagd of we kunnen eten. Komen we in het restaurant is deze gesloten. Volgende dag afgesproken dat we wel zouden kunnen eten. Weer werden we weggestuurd ondanks onze afspraak. Hebben bij het restaurant naast het hotel gegeten waar we gelukkig welkom waren. Dit hotel verdient geen ster.

Rooms are OK, beds a bit flimsy. Breakfast would be OK if it wasn't too small: you have to queue forever for a free spot, even on a Sunday morning at 8.30am. The hotel's infrastructure is also absolutely embarrassing for a 4* hotel: there is no restaurant or bar on Saturdays and Sundays. You can't even get a bottle of beer at reception. Please go somewhere else!
