Lovely hotel it great location.
Stains and hair on bed when we came into our room and the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. We was also questioned into paying there for our room when it was already paid for. Don’t expect this with the price you pay to stay here.

Very satisfied with the British country style. The hygiene is also very good. The breakfast is too single and needs to be improved. The restaurant floor is sticky and needs to be cleaned. The elevator cannot reach all floors. It is a bit regretful.

We loved our stay here! It’s a very well designed hotel, with a special history and lots of unique touches throughout. Our room overlooked the river, and had all the usual things you expect from a nice hotel plus some excellent artworks. The only thing to note is that even though this is a spa hotel, the spa isn’t included in the hotel rate- we hadn’t realised that that needed to be booked separately. There were no issues fitting us in though!

The spa facilities were really good. I loved the fact that the max. capacity is 12 people as this allows everyone to enjoy it rather than waiting about. There's quite a selection of experiences in the pool, my favourite being the loungers. It is a small spa but has everything I needed for a relaxing time.

Great day out. Staff are so nice and friendly. They regularly check in and clean the space. The spa is small but intimate, they don't over book which is great. The main pool area is a great temperature. Changing area is very asthetic and nice. 10/10 recommend

Spent 1 night st this Hotel with some friends. it made the weekend very special, Excellent Spa facilities for 2 hours, bedrooms were great! Good food too and lovely atmosphere, well decorated and friendly staff. Definitely worth visiting.
