We've stayed here before and enjoyed it then so have come for another stay. We were in a room right at the top this time and it was a rather small room and bed with a big pillar in the middle of the room. The ceilings were sloping which was a bit awkward lifting your head from bed, It was very clean and had everything you need. Would prefer another room if we came to stay again.

We stayed at the hotel. Wasn't sure by the location since we thought it could be noisy for staying here next to a busy road. Needn't have worried since rooms are on high floor and could have heard a pin drop in the room it was so quiet. Also huge room, very clean and very comfortable. Staff could not have been more helpful. Pub is also perfect with plenty of tables, friendly staff and the garden is wonderful in the sun. Would love to stay here again and also to try other Wetherspoons hotels.

Visita con la famiglia hotel pulito confortevole consigliato al piano sotto c’è un locale dove si può fare colazione pranzare e cenare punto perfetto xke è al centro della cittadina lo consiglio anche con bambini piccoli ,sarà il punto di riferimento x le prossime siete a Bedford

Elisabeth (receptionist) is a massive credit to the staff of this facility. Very easy but informing check in process. Many thanks for your help on my stay. Will return in due course. Rooms are spot on, breakfast served downstairs was a beauty.

I used this pub weekly over 10 years ago and on entry noticed just how much it had changed. It serves as a hotel and a wethersoons. I visited today and had the breakfast... £7.78 for the large one, still good value. It seems to be more of a restaurant chain these days as there were tables everywhere unlike when I use to pop in. Good value and fairly clean. Visited 12th December 2023

An excellent hotel in the centre of Bedford. Rooms are clean and spacious as well as being well equipped. We booked a family room and had a huge walk-in en-suite with large shower and standalone bath. There is no parking available but that is the only gripe.

Good British pub grub, no fuss and quick service. They offer good food at a good price. Open all day and it has a good atmosphere. The. meal and drink deals are excellent value and the staff very helpful.

Ideal for what we required with easy transport links and shopping access. Doesn't hit 5 stars principally because while very do firtabke, it doesn't have the facilities for 5 star (e.g. No pool, no coffee machine etc) but very comfirtabke, c!Dan and very nice bathroom facilities. St add were welcoming and an especial shout out to GREG who was in duty in arrival and through the majority of our stay. As well as being welcoming, his common sense and empathy when we arrived nearly two hours ahead of check out time was most welcome (he found out room was ready and called us to let us know). Definitely staying here again.
