Top floors no carpet windows open for fresh air

Not too modern but plenty of activities and options for stay.

The hotel had some sort of criminal activity going on.... Bedford police were stopping and harassing guests right in the lobby and hallways. I was questioned and accused of being someone named "Al" all while in front of my child. When I complained about this and the fact that even the pool was closed so my kid had no entertainment i was told by the night time supervisor that I would be refunded if I left. He even was nice enough to suggest a hotel close by that would be better. Then he rejected my request for a refund. It was a horrible experience for my entire family. They can keep the money they owe me. I'll never stay at this chain again

Not the best trip I've been on ... we were kicked out of our room and made to sit in the lobby so the cops could go look in the room . I found out that there was a murder a couple years ago on the third floor .. The front desk also told us when we checked out that we would get a call from the manager to see if there was anything they could do about us having to leave the room and after a couple days no call from the manager and i called there and the manager wasn't there again still Til this day never got a call from the manager.

My sister had her coat stolen from the closet and her car keys were in the pocket. She called and the staff was dismissive, obviously covering for the cleaning staff. I will warn everyone about this hotel and not to go there.

The front desk staff is friendly and very welcoming! The hotel is clean and safe! The great breakfast is very good!

This hotel is beautiful for it's age. We stayed for two nights. The first night it took 5 hours for the room temp to go from 60 to 68 & the fan would blow cold air on you all night. We tried to cover the vent but the air escaped around the edges. We turned the heat up to 75 & left it all day while we were gone. When we came back it was 69 & again all night the fan blew cold air on us all night. Beautiful hotel but will not stay hear again. We were told that the hotel was almost full so no need to try & change rooms.

The manager or staff dan was the most rude person I have ever met. Didn’t treat anyone well at check in. Couldn’t organize a busy environment. The other ladies at the desk were awesome.

The place is not only dated but dirty and worn. The heat/air conditioning doesn’t work in the rooms and we froze all night. The bathroom tub was gross. The couch was filthy and broken. he breakfast is disgusting and the coffee is terrible.

Overall experience was good, but very disappointed that the hot tub was not available, hot tub was a major factor in the stay. Room was good and clean but no chair, huge empty corner, no place to sit to put on shoes, etc. Pool was OK and warm but again, chairs seem to be a problem here, no where to sit in the pool area. Only had TWO chairs and they were obviously taken. Friendly place and would stay again but would definately check on the hot tub before reserving a room. Breakfast was MORE than adequate.

Everything was almost perfect. Would have liked a later check out based on flight times but we understood it wasn’t available at this time.

On the plus side the staff was friendly especially the night front desk. Room was clean. TV was easy to use(that's not always the case). Down side was the room keycards. I had 5 in my three day stay that didn't work at all. The ones that did work had to be inserted numerous times. Breakfast was so so. Lastly, it is a pet friendly hotel - and i have two little guys that I ALWAYS pick up after. There are a lot of ignorant people who don't do that - not the hotels fault but maybe someone needs to do a check a couple times a day and clean up. Much of the poop had been there a while. Pool was not open.

All in this property was awesome, I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the Manchester area again!

Everything was great . The front desk and person in the breakfast area were all great . There is an old broken table in front of the hotel next to a lawn chair. Kind of a bad first impression upon seeing it . We would stay there again.
