Haven’t stayed at a Hyatt for years. Based on poor Marriott reviews in the same hotel complex, I decide on this Hyatt Place. I did not use pool nor gym, but my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast a nice plus and shuttle provided to and from airport great.

I had to get a last minute flight to Chicago to attend a funeral and decided to stay here because it had excellent reviews and of course a shuttle service to Midway airport. I made an excellent choice. The staff were courteous and pleasant, the breakfast was excellent with variety of fresh fruits and other options including hot cereal. The rooms were pleasantly clean and the hotel was quiet. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby so you had an option other than the coffee the hotel provided which was good too. The Hyatt will be my hotel of choice the next time I’m in Chicago and it should definitely be yours. You’ll enjoy your stay.
