非常滿意。本來衹是為了高速過路晚上停一宿預訂的，沒想到這個小鎮上的酒店，很新，很乾凈。睡得特別好。早餐也是標準的美式早餐，乾淨，種類挺多。前台也很和藹，辦理入住很快。

This is a typical Hampton Inn, but good of kind. Easy to find, a couple sit-down chain restaurants easy to walk to, though the road itself a busy 4 lane and much of the fast food places NOT walkable safely. I found the Inn quiet and welcoming after a long day of driving. Got a good night's sleep.

Ice in the parking area making it difficult to transit in and out of your vehicle. 20 degrees outside during our visit. No heating in the elevators = 20 degrees when transiting throughout the building. Ran out of liquid bath soap and NO conditioner. Only around 1/4 inch of shampoo, for some reason. We take it that they do not care to keep their customers safe and comfortable throughout their stay. Plus, a congested breakfast area with sub-par food selection = crappy 'breakfast' that they provide. Guess that is why it is 'free.'

We were only staying for one night before driving the rest of the way to Cleveland. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly. We checked in a bit late at night, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice selection of teas which were nice to wind down with after driving. The bed linens were very comfortable and we got a decent sleep. The amenities, like the pool, looked nice but since we were only staying for one night we didn't get a chance to try them. The breakfast buffet was good and our son enjoyed it too. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers in Bedford.

My son and I run a small tour company. Making arrangements for our group to stay was so easy. AND the recommendation for us to eat supper at Bad Boyz Bistro was the best! We will work with the folks here any day and any time! Friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient....this place is the whole package. Thank you.

My wife and I have stayed here many times and it never disappoints. Everything is clean and spotless. The location is very convenient. There's a variety of good choices for breakfast. And the staff is friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more!
