Not as clean as the reviews said and the pictures of the room that was booked were misleading. I was charged multiple times, but they were able to refund me.

Facilities limited, Breakfast missing staple items like water or juice. No towels in pool area and not enough towels in general. Staff were very friendly though

The room was not cleaned. The body wash container had hair on it and was empty. There was ***** hair left on the back of the toilet. Sticky stuff on the night stand and head board.

My stay over all was okay, but the one reason we booked was for the hot tub and pool and the chlorine level was so high that our eyes were burning and the kids were coughing. So needless to say it was a bust. Our room was clean, but we had to call or go down to the front desk for toilet paper, soap and conditioner.

Rooms were clean. Our phone jack was broken, we were unable to call down when we needed extra sheets for the pull out bed. Our bathroom door did not lock. The door to our room didn’t lock at all. All you needed to do wash push it open to get in.

No towels were available for the 2 days I stayed. Half a roll of toilet paper upon arrival, asked for another roll and never received one. Main lobby restrooms were dirty and also did not have any toilet paper. Pool was over chlorinated. Pancake station was there for breakfast but never saw any batter. Exercise equipment was broken, and the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. $50 per night deposit was charged to my card and front desk staff said it would be returned in 12-14 days. Lady bugs in the room and water dripping through the ceiling.

Motel clean, staff was very good Breakfast ok, easy access to go back downtown Downfalls Hot tub jets not working. No daily cleaning of rooms pool doesnt open till 10 am. But my price of 119 a night and 2 king beds was great. Note a lot of rooms dont have sofas as pictured
