Texas Inn Beeville

Stay away! Plainly horrible, out date dirty and doesn’t provide what amenities it lists. The room was smelly and dirty. Door is broken plus the slide lock was miss the door jam was broken. The carpet by the door is all ripped up and I stepped on the nail *****e. the bathroom fan didn’t work and the water doesn’t drain in the sink or the tub. The was tastes gross and the paint in the microwave is missing not sure how safe that is to be heating things up in? the cable tv is a mess and the internet doesn’t work. There is broken glass and trash everywhere. No one does the trash cans and the whole backside of the back build don’t even have them. People leave there trash bag out and they bake in the sun all day and smell. The housekeeper just walk by and leave them for days at a time. I had to go in and ask the front desk to have them moved. They where not mine, I end up taking my trash to the dumper at the other end of the yard because the can outside my door was over flowing and had been when I got here. Nothing works in the vending machine room or the ice machine. The washing machine was out of order. They want you to pay $20 for them to wash for you. Should have been included in the over price room is they advertise laundry facility. The grills are all junk along with the tables. Piles of broken wooden that looks like they have been sitting there for years. The pool side is a disaster. There was Little kids poopy underwear laying by the table for the week I was here the smell was gross. all the furniture is broken cut myself on a metal lounge chair. The steps to the pool are dangerous one is missing and the other one is broken. Both the gates to the pool are unsafe one doesn’t open at all which means you have to walk completely around to get to the bathrooms and picnic area. God for bid if there was an emergency. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There was no coffee had to ask to get some made then there was no sugar or creamer. Ask and they didn’t have any all week. The Juice was labeled orange juice but looked like fermented apple juice I didn’t dare to try it. Way over price for what is provided. Had to beg to get housekeeping to vacuum my room and clean it. The manager was rude to all the staff. Plus the is a small child running everywhere. Was in the laundry room by themselves and in the workout room another time. He is always crying or getting into things. All of the equipment in the gym is broken or missing. Staff just shrugged their shoulders at me when I told them. There is more sadly But I think you get the point do yourself a favor and don’t stay here

Very clean! Cleaner than the 5 star Hotel I recently stayed at and paid $300 a night! Friendly and helpful staff! I booked again for the following week and will stay again. Hampton Inn was $154 a night and not friendly at all! This was half the price and my room was very clean! I’m super picky about finding hair when I travel in tubs and the linens being clean. I was very pleased with both room I stayed in. Inside rooms so as a female traveling alone for business I felt safe and comfortable.

Happy to visit for the second time enjoyed my stay in this hotel great customer service. Clean rooms , tasty breakfast and comfortable environment. Hope see the staff again in my next visit in Corpus Christi and Beeville, Texas Thanks

Best place to stay . I have been there three different time and I will stay there again if I go there. Is very clean ,nice and affordable. Employees were very nice and friendly. They love dogs . I enjoyed so much and it looks like home to me. I recommend it to everyone. If you go there you fall in love with the place.

Can't say enough about this hotel. My sister and I were in Beeville to attend a loved one's memorial service and my nephew suggested SureStay. Very reasonably priced, the room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good, there were several choices.One of the main things I appreciated was that we had a hallway entrance to our room,also a back entrance to the parking lot. Just stepped right out and there was my vehicle. Very very convenient. The staff were all very nice,especially the gentleman who checked us in. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! We will definitely stay here on our next trip. THANK YOU SureStay!!

I was working in the area and stayed here for over a year. The hotel is clean, has a pool and was conveniently place near everything, restaurants, grocery stores and San Antonio or Corpus Christi. The management went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and extended that same promise to my fellow workers. I recommended this hotel to others, and they were happy there as well. If you find yourself in Beeville or the area, this might be the place for you. They make a variety of food for breakfast and offer bag lunch for those in a hurry. Javid, Cathy and Andy are and will remain faves.

A/C did not work, staff did nothing to fix. Told me to keep turning it off and on to keep it cooling, which I stated you want me to stay up all night turning it off and on to keep it working?, she said I'll see if I have another room and I never heard from her after that. My wife found a live spider on her side of the bed and the blanket had a burn hole the size of a pancake on it, plus it smelled like mold in the room.

Good coffee and breakfast options. Staff is very accommodating and cordial. Rooms are neat and arranged well with very good accommodations. We had comfortable stay and restful night. Check In and check out were easy, staff was welcoming and helpful

Have stayed at the SureStay before but now seems to be pretty rundown with pealing paint loose baseboards,vent fan in bathroom did not work, the shower tub was very slow draining. When the air conditioner wasn’t running the room kind of had a musty smell. And the next morning there were several cockroaches running in the bathroom
