Hotel is not equipped with best facility regard to high rate. There was no glass in bathroom. Light was very poor. Service is also very poor

Services were not good, the room lock was not working, and the telephone receiver was not working properly at the time. They have to request every time for a complimentary water bottle, and their service person does not keep the necessary items in the room.

We have stayed at Hotel KDM Palace on the occasion of 31st Night,and had an outstanding experience, the staff shown great hospitality, food was very good ***** with lots of variety, we have enjoyed the musical night ***** with best Bollywood and local artists. specially charlie Chaplin perfor***ce was super awesome.. Really it was a memorable experience for us, would love to visit here again when plan to come begusarai next time.
