第一次過來，體驗非常棒👍🏻，酒店環境優美，所有服務人員的態度都非常熱情，特別是前台的小妹妹Lucky，辦入住時看到帶有小朋友，很貼心的幫我們升級了親子房，小朋友很喜歡。温泉湯池很多，早餐種類豐富，植物園裡還有很多的植物可以給小朋友科普……如果有帶小朋友出行的，可以果斷選擇這家酒店，下次再來北川會再次光顧

挺好的，房間訂的標準間。主要帶孩子玩兒，温泉泡池還是挺多的，特別是有沖浪池非常好。早餐豐盛，還可以觀光植物園，在園區買了一盆多肉，結果退房時又送了一盆多肉。服務滿意。

這次端午親子游圓滿結束，維斯特酒店給我們全家留下了很深的印象，尤其是服務確實是非常貼心的，得到我挑剔的老公的好評，由於是帶2個娃出行，很多方面都比較麻煩，在酒店餐廳吃飯，二寶睡著了，酒店經理貼心的拿來了浴巾給娃娃蓋上，客房服務也是非常及時，給我們送了3次水，離店又給小朋友送端午小禮物，孩子們都特別開心，還有酒店的小魚池，孩子們可以免費領魚餌，孩子玩的也很開心。酒店的温泉規模還是很大的，就是進去以後有點迷路，一時沒有找到適合我們帶娃玩的池子，還好一問就找到了，酒店的菜品還是很好吃的，不容易踩坑。尤其給大家推薦要到酒店旁邊的植物園和蔬果園遊玩，孩子們可以感受採摘樂趣的同時增長點知識！下次有機會還會去的酒店
