衞生條件很一般，關鍵問題是辦理入住的地方和住宿的地方隔得有點遠，很不方便。

這應該是住過最差的酒店吧，五百左右的價格就這種品質，衞生一塌糊塗，空調製熱也不行，連個一次性拖鞋都不捨得放，平台的圖片和實際的比起來，簡直一個天一個地，住過最差勁的所謂的海景房

真的差大家千萬別住這家酒店首先熱水一開始沒有叫了店家來開燃氣才有了熱水但熱水衹有燙和冷兩個選項花灑也是壞的第二空調是壞的本來房間偏冷被子又薄空調又用不起一個晚上睡覺要被冷醒幾次叫店家加被子都不行第三床是硬的睡在上面真的就是腰痠背痛很不舒服第四房間是靠密碼進的密碼很簡單有時候真的怕半夜闖進來一個人第五公寓訂了兩天給了一個一次性浴缸袋找店家要他要18塊一個又貴真的感覺被宰了而且難道不是一天一個

我很少評價的，但是這個真的是我走了這麼多地方住的最差的了，房間不給水不給拖鞋就算了，更重要的是沒有熱水沒有熱水沒有熱水，沒有WIFI沒有wifi沒有wifi，想上樓電梯等了十分鐘，真的是太要命了，不推薦不推薦，海景房看到的海景是這樣的。

#衞生需要每天打掃的話，每天服務員都會定時來清掃衞生，更換洗漱用品。#服務前台接待很好溝通，有問題會及時給與解決。#位置交通位於金灘的旁邊，所以，想去海邊的話，衹需要大約五六分鐘就可以走到。#房間設施電視，空調，洗衣機，冰箱一應俱全，性能良好。
