怎麼説呢，網上訂的房，到店已經很晚了，也不想再折騰了，就湊合住了。110的價格，也就那樣了。主要靠旅行團吧，因為我離店的時候看到好多團。門口有免費停車。最要吐槽的是服務！ ！ ！ 前台的帥哥美女們都挺好的，要説的是客房服務！ 當晚我們看房的時候是一箇中年婦女接待的我們，就挺不耐煩的，問什麼話要不就愛答不理，要不就沖我們，搞得我當時心情非常不好，因此當晚一整晚心情都很差，為此還和家人鬧了不愉快。入住後發現房間那個超小的電視機不能使用，聯繫前台，給安排了一箇中年女服務員（不知道是不是之前那個人，我不認人的）來看。結果進入房間拉着個臉，對着電視機一頓猛敲，搗鼓了半天，算是能看了，但是問她使用方法的時候，又是愛搭不理，裝聽不到，轉身就走了。第二天我們出門忘帶門卡了，和前台説了，前台聯繫客房給開門，結果左等右等等不到人，期間家人先後跑去前台催問了多次，服務員才極不情願的過來，説她們忙得很，哪能顧得上啊。態度很不友好！ 總之這個酒店的服務顛覆了我對服務行業的認知，也讓我對北海的印象大打折扣！ 反正我是不推薦也不會再來第二次了！
