酒店位置不錯，在石螺口海灘附近，直線距離200米，附近吃飯飯店挺多。我們入住趕上平台優惠不足百元，絕對史上最低，旺季價格肯定會上漲！老闆人不錯。可在店裡租電瓶車。唯一不足就是沒有電梯，四樓需要爬上去。

可能是口罩原因長時間沒人住吧，房間桌子，床架都是灰塵，就這價格衹能這樣了，房東家裡摩託車全出租完了，衹能租隔離人家的，一天60元，我們是下午3點左右到的，就租了一輛車，租車時沒有告訴車費不是時對時算，而是租車當天晚上12點前都按一天算，所以早上租車才划算，付了2天的錢用車一天半

離石螺口很近，附近就有商業圈，吃飯方便，老闆熱情，設施有點舊，疫情三年確實比較困難，還是理解…過年民宿沒得餐飲服務。

我一般攜程上訂的東西很少評論，訂這民宿之前慎重考慮啊！！！這民宿簡直是垃圾，衞生差！服務差！衞生更差！我本來是訂的三晚結果因為行程改了立馬就想退一晚，我想説來潿洲島的朋友訂房真的要多比較，這和實際環境相差很遠，地理位置也差，老闆的脾氣可真好的很啦，能把你懟死，真實評論沒半句假話

位置離海灘和鱷魚島近，離小吃街也很近，出行吃飯很方便。老闆人很好，接送了我們從港口到酒店和從酒店去港口。
