這次到北海和潿洲島一共玩了8天，住了7個晚上，分別住了5個酒店，在這個酒店住了兩晚，唯獨對這個店前台的服務無語。可能是剛剛到店時，前台是一個廣東的小哥，我和他溝通遊玩的行程，我説不會騎車，他推薦了一個號碼建議我包觀光車，價格150—160元一天，現在是淡季，比我在網上看價格高。我就説我人少，包一個網上推薦的三輪車就可以了，他就滿臉不高興説了一長串的話，我們就沒談攏。後來我在外面找了三輪車110元一天，師傅全程陪我們。並且第二天早上出門，島上其他觀光車師傅和我打招呼，説衹要120元一天，我已經訂了三輪車就按照原計劃，在外玩了一天。回來後，衞生間和房間垃圾桶滿了，我就又找到前台小哥，説能不能讓阿姨給我房間裏換下垃圾口袋，花十分鐘簡單做下衞生間的衞生，其它都不要關，小哥黑着臉説阿姨現在有事，我説晚上呢？他説晚上我也給她們安排工作了，其實就是我沒讓他做成包車的生意，聽到他這麼説，我覺得再講也沒意思，我就回房間了。後來我下樓拿垃圾口袋，準備自己換下，這個小哥不在前台了，看到旁邊站着阿姨，我就説想要兩個垃圾袋，阿姨竟然主動説，白天你們不在現在我去給你做衞生吧，當時對比之前廣州小哥的態度，真是感動阿姨們的質樸。

就在滴水丹屏景區入口，離海很近，躺在床上也能看海。酒店還有海景餐廳，坐在二樓邊吃海鮮邊看夕陽真的太棒啦！師傅廚藝也不錯，做的椒鹽皮皮蝦很好吃！除了酒店的設施設備，看得出來時間比較久以外，其餘沒毛病～

酒店位於滴水丹屏景點入口，2分鐘即可下到海灘;門口就是旅遊電動車停車場，租車、包車都很方便，酒店內部設施齊全，有落日餐廳，和家人一起邊吃晚餐邊看日落很愜意，有露天游泳池，拍照也很出片，公共區域的小花園晚上很有氛圍感，晚上入睡很安靜。上島、離島小管家都會提前詢問安排接送，入住舒心。

環境服務比較差 特別是洗澡水的問題 隔音效果比較差 網上看着挺好的 現實中不一樣 特別是開房門的時候有一個木頭黴味 裝修比較老舊 花錢定的落日餐廳還可以味道 好的，評論衹有這一個

酒店的設施還行，服務速度也還可以 。不過酒店的沖腳池有些臟,下雨的時候會有積水，有待提高。這個酒店最讚的地方是它的日幕餐廳，可以看到潿洲島最美的夕陽和橘子海。酒店還提供免費的碼頭接送服務，很贊。

非常滿意，離海邊很近，出門就是滴水丹屏，酒店環境也特別好，雖然去的2天都在下雨，就在酒店附近拍照都很開心，老闆人特別好，還幫忙下水拍攝人魚視頻，太開心了，下次還來
