距離北海高鐵站很近，穿過站前廣場過街就到了，過路臨時住宿非常合適，早餐的粉很好吃，種類也算豐富

酒店位置很好，500米還有個大型商場，吃的玩的都有很方便，酒店早餐也很多選擇，酒店隔壁還有出租電動車的地方，租輛車慢悠悠的逛吃逛吃北海，很舒適，聽了小花的介紹，我們到了僑港風情街，從街頭遲到街尾，巴適得很。

酒店設施設備很好，房間舒適，樓層高，對説離火車站衹有一條馬路的距離，但是很安靜，一點都不吵，早餐種類很多，他們的甘蔗是一節一節的切好的，方便顧客食用，服務人員小花很熱情，有問必答，離店的時候我們落下了衣服還打電話問我們要不要，還給我們快遞郵寄給我們，很感謝。以後再來北海一定還會選擇北海希爾頓歡朋酒店

酒店裡火車站一步之遙，非常近，走路幾分鐘，住這裏再也不用因為趕車而早起了。酒店是18年開業的，但是房間還是很舒適乾淨，酒店人員也是很熱情，遇到我們一家三口，小花主管也是很有耐心的推薦和講解。

下午三四點辦理的入住，辦理入住時，酒店並沒有通知第二天早上空調不能用，而且在我們辦理好入住進入房間後，打座機通知，如果一早辦理入住就通知空調不能用，是絕對不會選擇入住的，北海這麼熱的天氣，沒有空調，在房間悶着怎麼住，而且我們入住後，房間和床品潮濕，進門就是一股海腥味，空調也一直不涼快，可以用空調的時候都不涼快，更別説第二天早上一個早上用不了了。
訂房時，贈送了一份高鐵站接送，雖然酒店離高鐵站很近，但是既然贈送了，我們就多諮詢了一下，誰知道酒店前台告知他們並沒有這項服務（態度就好像告訴我們高鐵站就在這裏，還需要送嗎）那既然沒有這項服務，為什麼還要贈送呢
綜合下來，我們在當天下午三四點才入住的，吃完晚飯回來就把房退了。
