房間很大，設施也比較好，衞生尚可，就是洗衣機很臟，沒有一次性馬桶墊。不提供浴袍。不提供接送，但可以協商，很勉強。服務幾乎沒有，態度還比較惡劣。入住當天酒店樓上有直播的，直播了整整一下午，到晚上9點多和酒店服務人員打電話説，還裝作不知道，後來確認是了才協調小聲一點。還有就是續住問題，酒店前台的態度真的是不可思議，不多贅述，如果想不需要服務衹需要房間的可以去體驗一下。

小哥哥服務態度挺好，設施齊全，房間也寬敞乾淨整潔👍👍一放下行李孩子們就往池裡跳，帶孩子出行主打一個怎麼輕鬆怎麼來，這種感覺不要太好，自己躺起，管他們幹嘛，確認過確實不費媽☺️🏖️

我訂的空中泳池房有90m大，房間還有按摩椅提供，浴室非常大，水壓很穩定，水夠熱，空調也夠冷
卫生：非常乾淨企理
环境：很開陽，寬敞，對著綠油油的大草皮
服务：前台帥气哥哥，服務貼心，又主動幫我們拿行李，熱情有禮
一家三口都很喜歡這間民宿，入住體驗後，比看圖片更喜歡，更美，讚

環境很好，房間很乾凈，老闆人也熱情，帶兩個小朋友去的，適合一家人出行的住宿環境，小朋友回來好久還心心念念下次還要住這裏，回去路上悶悶不樂的，一問居然説捨不得老闆，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，以後來北海玩一定會再入住這裏的~😆
