春節期間來北海玩，攜程上叫的接機服務，直接送到巷子口，因為是旺季，巷子堵車，給老闆打了電話在巷子口接的行李，服務很熱情，還給了遊覽地圖，介紹怎麼玩，直接幫忙行李拿到了三樓房間。衞生乾淨，裝修風格比較喜歡，離銀灘沙灘很近，走出去不到十分鐘。二樓有電磁爐等廚房設施可用，一樓有挖沙子的桶，鏟子等，可以免費使用，整體很不錯。因為春節旺季，房價過分高了，住了四天，平均每天650左右。淡季價格很便宜。

房間位置不太好找，到了導航位置打電話老闆來接了。旁邊吃飽飽吃飯環境很差，太坑了，價格比北街大飯店還貴，石斑魚128一斤，點了蝦、鮑魚、其他的5個菜了，結果她説不點石斑魚不行，不點魚其他菜不賣。退房時周邊都是車子酒店老闆也不管你是否好離開了。感覺此店不如在別家入住民宿老闆負責。
