服務熱情很好！但酒店裝修時間長了，各方面設施都老舊了，所以各處都有不乾淨的感覺。停車場也有點遠繞路。節假日翻倍的房價來説性價比差。

服務很好，衞生也可以但是設施有點一言難盡呀！我定的是影音大床房，本來想説白天玩累了，晚上酒店休息的時候找部電影看看的，但是想看那個屏幕根本就看不清楚

北海遊玩，選了靠近北海銀灘的這家維也納。連鎖酒店服務沒得説。旁邊就是萬達，吃喝方便。大晚上天氣潮的讓人煩躁，酒店暖心的配有免費的檸檬水。孩子去僑港風情街不小心劃傷了手。前台小哥哥很貼心的送上碘伏和創可貼。最後還有好看的伴手禮🐂🍺
