房間一切都不錯，風景好，位置雖然遠點，但是樓下有市場，走幾百米就是海，不要太方便。一開始跟房東溝通得很好，比如鍋不乾淨，一會兒就送來新的。但是第二天晚上半夜突然沒電了，房間非常熱，忍着睡到早上7點過，發訊息請房東去問問物業是不是停電了，房東馬上指責我們出門沒關空調，把電用光了……住過那麼多酒店民宿，雖然會被提醒出門斷電，但是第一次受到指責，用電還要限量？最後房東去問了物管，得知是線路壞了停電……就算多用了一點電，又怎樣？要不要把衹能用50度電寫進房屋簡介裏？説好的優質服務呢？本來開心的旅程，最後一天搞得很不開心。

房間還可以，乾淨衞生的，也比較大，睜眼看海，要看退潮，漲潮，很有感覺，廚房用品，刀具都是蘇泊爾的，樓下游泳池也可以耍，比較清靜，陽台可惜了，放了個外機

窗外海景無敵；設施完備完好；走路10分鐘可去海灘，8分鐘可去菜場，菜場菜便宜海鮮多，35一斤的石斑魚忍不住買了兩次；物業專業，也不歧視民宿，熱情服務，泳池免費。

房子真的太喜歡了，小區環境很好，有游泳池，小童樂園，旁邊的菜場真便宜，就是當地居民購買的價格。下次來北海直接住這裏，哪也不去了
