酒店餐廳少。年三十入住，兩個餐廳都被用來接待年夜飯了，住客無處吃飯。去中餐廳諮詢，門口接待的服務員説散客接待不了。剛説一句沒想到住客沒處吃飯，人家立馬回覆説北海就這樣，那意思誰讓你來的？

這次五一訂了皇冠和開元各兩晚，皇冠給人的感覺很親切，裏裡外外的服務態度特別好，比開元好很多。辦理入住時前台的小新姐很善解人意，看到孩子他爸住在另一家酒店，還給我們送了他的早餐額度，雖然最後沒用上，但是真的很貼心。入住期間每天都有水果送，孩子外婆吃的很開心。
另外房間在18樓也很安靜，比開元安靜。
開元勝在有陽台房間新，樓下活動豐富點。但是皇冠全體員工的服務態度秒殺開元，而且房間很安靜。
