服務員都很熱情，客房服務員到房間處理問題都十分及時，衞生做的也很乾凈，酒店環境不錯，客房用品齊全，毛巾被子也都很乾凈，住着很安心，交通很方便，臨近菜市場海鮮品種齊全，酒店餐廳還可以加工海鮮，不得不誇讚一下廚師做菜太美味了，下次來北海還住你家

房間比較乾淨，衹不過春節期間價格不太有性價比，同樣價格在欽州南寧可以住很好了。關鍵北海不怎麼好玩，人太多，沙灘不乾淨，不如惠州的海。
