總體感覺一般。不是整體設計的公寓，是由寫字樓分割整改而成的，所以房間佈局就不理想，再加上室內裝修衹是家庭裝修，非專業設計裝修，所以體驗感較差，比較遺憾。不過好在房東老闆人很不錯。
