環境不錯，衞生還算好，早餐可選品類也比較多，味道挺好，設施基本上要用的都有，也挺新，缺點就是位置稍微偏了一點。

非常滿意，很棒的服務體驗，我們到北海的高鐵，從潿洲島來回酒店都安排車子免費接送，真的節省很多時間，非常棒的體驗。酒店也乾淨，淋浴的水很大，洗澡很舒服，推薦大家。贊👍

在北海住了5天，換了三個酒店，這個是最滿意的，秒殺海景房和精品民宿。首先品質很好，早餐種類很多，入住有免費水果還有贈飲，到碼頭和機場都有專車接送，我們的航班延誤了好幾次，我不斷的修改送機時間，酒店前台姐姐都很有耐心，體現了一流酒店的品質。其次衞生很好，沒有任何死角，我在北海住的其他酒店都有很明顯的水垢和臟亂差，這裏都沒有，一回房間就跟回家了一樣，酒店還有健身房和洗衣房，洗衣房是洗烘一體的，房間有新風系統，對於連下幾天暴雨的北海再適合不過。美中不足的一點是隔音不太好，晚上有人唱歌，但是瑕不掩瑜，祝酒店生意越來越好。

房間星級標準，洗漱用品很香，潿洲島回來免費接去機場免費送這點挺好，就是酒店位置距離市區稍微遠一些，到北海老街打車15分鐘左右，不是下雨天酒店門口有電動車，騎車去各大景點挺方便酒店的早餐不錯尤其是海鮮粉很鮮
