衞生臟亂，洗漱用品這種貼身的，特別是毛巾，沒洗手就拿給我，拿到房間就往那桌一扔，樓梯扶手全部掛有床單……設備就更是一言難盡了，同價位建議看看北海明鋒商務酒店，天差地別，上去看了情況我直接就走，錢不退可以理解，畢竟已經登記入住，但是環境衞生設備一般人怕是接受不了
