值班經理una服務很貼心周到，房間乾淨衞生，早餐很豐盛，酒店距離銀灘走路五分鐘就可以到了，酒店距離客運港打車過去十分鐘就到了，很方便去潿洲島，五分好評！推薦哦！

酒店服務貼心，謝謝小馬，我們入住時送了水果和手工刺綉小包。房間乾淨整潔，早餐豐富，主要餐品和對面皇冠假日酒店一樣。位置很好，離銀灘非常近。

酒店的服務人員都很熱情，房間很舒適整潔，出門步行幾分鐘就可以到銀灘，十分鐘的車程就可以到客運港，坐船很方便。前廳董經理跟進了入住體驗很周到的服務，推薦入住

五一節前來的這裏，挺不錯的，沒想到假日快捷，酒店早餐居然這麼豐富，前台的小馮很熱情的接待我，在北海的銀灘有這樣一個落腳地很不錯啊。

位置優越，交通便利，位置很好，出行方便，F1有停車位非常方便，佈局合理，前台小林服務效率高，周到，專業很不錯，房間採光好明亮安靜，衞生很乾凈，還有機器人送外和免費的洗衣房還24小時的，再海邊的酒店非常方便客人了，強力推薦！
