很滿意的一次住宿體驗，酒店離銀灘很近，就隔了一條馬路，整個酒店給人感覺舒服、大氣，設施齊全，酒店工作人員也都很熱情，周圍交通便利，叫車也容易。去潿洲島到客運港車程不到五分鐘，酒店房間都可以看到大海`，讓人心情愉悦，總之，這裏很適合度假，下次來北海還會選擇住這裏。

海泰海景酒店稱得上名符其實的海景酒店，銀灘羅馬廣場就在對面，位置超好，我們幾姐妹是訂的特價房，性價比高，如果多住幾天建議訂帶陽台的房間，陽台很大，那真是家人、情侶度假的好去處，樓下的游泳池正在裝小童沖浪設備，聽服務員説“五.一”之前游泳池就會開放，酒店很會利用埸地，沒放水時就擺二張乒乓球枱供客人活動，棋牌室、自動麻將機都有，一樓多功能廳還有卡拉OK，餐廳人氣很旺哦！看來吃、喝、玩、樂一條龍全套服務都能享受到啊！👍

非常不錯的入住體驗，因為訂的家庭套房房型沒有了，前台給我們換成了兩個房間，也挺寬敞。酒店出行很方便，離銀灘非常近，最最值得表揚的是我們退房之後發現東西忘帶了，客服經理毅哥不厭其煩的去到房間兩次給我們尋找，最後找到請快遞幫我郵寄，非常感謝！五星好評！

房間空間超級大，可能我趕上正裝修，就是插座有點少-不過這環境這價格還要什麼自行車，滿滿的超值感，簡直是撿漏，還有前台很友好#位置交通離銀灘超級近，好方便，門口有家小超市，穿過超市就是銀灘，離港口步行十五分鐘，騎車三分鐘。#性價比這是我在北海撿的漏
