This hotel is in a great spot for visiting the sunrise beach called Colorful Beach. There is also a great view of sunrise from the balcony. You can rent scooters with helmets so you can explore the entire island. It is easy to arrange transport to and from the other beaches and also to arrange ferry tickets and transport, although it is always best to check with the ferry ticket booth. The food in the restaurant is good (not a lot of seafood) and you can keep outside food and beverages in the fridge there with permission since there are no fridges in the rooms. The pool is nice for an evening dip but the second day they drained it and it stayed empty for a third day- not sure why. The only other problem we had was that the non smoking rooms are not always that way- there was an ashtray in both rooms we were given and the first one had a pervasive stench of smoke so we asked to be moved, although our friend did not have this issue. The staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary fresh fruit was delicious! I would recommend this hotel to friends!

Environment: The island still retains the feeling of the original village. The brick road is not very clean. It is a bit like the second floor built by our side in the private era. Due to the hot climate, there are many rotten fruit garbage on the road. It smells bad.
