Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Properties in Beijing

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was genuinely poor. I particularly want to complain about the washing machines. Three washers and two dryers are shared between two hotels. I'm not sure if they think travelers don't need to do laundry or what, but the machines would show one hour for a cycle, then suddenly switch to 35 minutes, and the dryer would leave clothes half-damp. The busiest thing in the entire hotel seemed to be the robots, constantly in motion. I also want to complain about the hotel staff's indifferent attitude; they seemed untrained. There's no shuttle service to and from the airport either (it's a 15-minute taxi ride). The facilities are good, as it's a new hotel, but I strongly suggest improving staff training and service awareness.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel it truly exceeded all expectations. It definitely deserves more stars than it currently has in our opinion, it should be rated a full 5 star hotel. My family was extremely happy with everything, from the comfort of the rooms to the overall atmosphere. A special thank you to all the reception staff. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their excellent service made our stay even better. We will definitely choose this hotel again every time we visit Beijing

Hotel is right across Beijing Railway Station, with Metro Line 2 just a 50 metres walk away. As there are many shops locating along the same row hotel signage is mixed together with an eatery shop and another hotel located directly above. Therefore travellers can easily miss the entrance. Staff from reception are generally friendly and able to answer most of my queries relatively well.

The hotel is right next to Beijing West Railway Station, making it super convenient—just a 5-minute walk after getting off the train. Although the facade is small, the interior renovation was surprisingly new and the stay was very comfortable. The environment was clean and tidy. The toothbrush and comb were much better than those I've used in other hotels; I even kept using their comb after checking into other places, it was really that good. I'd definitely stay there again if I have the chance.

The hotel's location is excellent, near Dawanglu subway station. It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway, making it super convenient to get around. The facilities are very new, clean, and tidy, and the room hygiene is great. They have a restaurant, laundry room, microwave, and other well-equipped amenities. The service is also top-notch; everyone greets you warmly. Peach and Double Happiness at the front desk provide natural, friendly, and thoughtful service, always actively responding to and resolving any needs. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Downstairs is Siji Minfu, but I didn't get to try it, haha. The environment is good, and they even upgraded my room for my extended stay. Being inside a residential complex, it feels pretty quiet, but the soundproofing isn't great. At night, I could hear people talking as they walked by outside and the sound of the upstairs faucet, which wasn't ideal (pics are unrelated, hehe).

The location is fantastic! Right off the highway, and a taxi to Universal Studios only costs 15 yuan. The hotel is brand new, but there's absolutely no strange smell. The bedding and towels are super comfortable. The shower has both a large and small head, clearly marked, so you finally don't have to guess which one will blast you with cold water! The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate and has enough space for luggage. The staff are all wonderful; the front desk guys and girls are incredibly good-looking and provide excellent service. They even upgraded our room and answered all our questions patiently and kindly. Super nice! As for breakfast, it's really not necessary to book it with the hotel. There are many breakfast places downstairs with more options than the hotel offers. But if you don't like going downstairs, it's convenient enough, and there's a small outdoor terrace where you can eat, which is lovely! There's a supermarket right across the street, making it easy to buy anything you need. Oh, and the electric car charging is super convenient too; just cross an intersection and turn a corner, and there's a charging station. In short, everything here is thoughtful and convenient!

I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The receptionist was incredibly attentive; she proactively upgraded the room so the view from the window was amazing! The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options, and the value for money was outstanding. Service: The receptionist was especially helpful. I urgently needed to use a computer, and she lent me hers so I wouldn't have to go to an internet cafe.

The room was more spacious than I expected, warmly and cleanly decorated, with soft and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. The most pleasant surprise was the view from the window; the expansive view lifted my spirits as I woke up in the morning. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the taste was commendable. Overall, from service to facilities, it exceeded my expectations, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for leisure or business, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The facilities are excellent, even boasting a gym and a laundry room! The surrounding area is also very convenient, with MixC World and a subway station right nearby. I'll definitely be staying here again!
