Crystal Orange Properties in Beijing

Hotel is near to Jingtai station, not far to walk, but most attraction are on the north side, so travelling time will be longer. Front desk staff name 小韦is excellent. Need to give her thumbs up for good service. She really passionate in her job. There is a cute robot in charge of all delivery to your room. Kids will love it. One downside about hotel, you can smell mala hotpot in hotel, cos there is a hotpot shop connected to the hotel.

The hotel room was very quiet and comfortable. It also had a laundry room, which was super convenient – my clothes were clean in just 18 minutes! There's a separate gym too, and my husband said the shoulder machines there were excellent. I have to mention the hotel breakfast last, it was absolutely delicious and they offered different cuisines every day. The service was great too; every morning, a staff member named Wenwen would greet us warmly. A good day truly starts with a warm greeting!

This was my first hotel in Beijing with a bathtub, and although it looked a bit small from the outside, it was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped inside. First off, the front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Our initial room had a bit of noise, and the front desk immediately switched us to another one without a fuss. Secondly, the room's facilities were excellent, especially the powerful refrigerator that kept our drinks ice cold – truly fantastic! Lastly, the robot delivered our takeout to the room quickly and promptly. I really had a wonderful experience overall!

I absolutely loved the facilities at this hotel. The smart toilet and thermostatic shower in the room were incredibly comfortable to use. The mattress was so plush that once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! The whole-room smart control system was super convenient; I could control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning all by voice, which really gave the room a high-tech feel. The bathroom also featured excellent wet/dry separation, and the mirror even had built-in vanity lighting, making it perfect for makeup and getting ready. The quality is truly evident in the details. I had such a wonderfully comfortable stay and will definitely be back!

The location is great, making travel super convenient. You can take Metro Line 1 directly to Tiananmen and Wangfujing, and the CCTV Tower (known locally as the 'big pants') is also very close, just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel front desk staff are very friendly and proactively offer hot mineral water. Every day when I left, the cleaning aunties would greet me and ask if I needed the room tidied or if I was missing any amenities. My only complaints are that the room door is a bit difficult to close – you have to push hard every time or it won't lock – and when showering, water splashes out quite a bit. I needed several bath mats each time to prevent the bathroom from flooding.

I booked this hotel to attend a Phoenix Legend concert in Beijing, and its proximity to the subway station was a plus. I didn't look closely enough when booking, and the hotel is definitely showing its age. The facilities feel a bit outdated; for instance, the makeup mirror lacked lighting, making it difficult to see clearly when getting ready. The toilet wasn't automatic, and you had to press the flush handle down quite firmly, otherwise the water pressure was too low. On the positive side, the overall cleanliness was quite good. My main complaint, however, is that despite requesting a non-smoking room, I was met with a strong smell of smoke upon entering. While they state all rooms are non-smoking, it seems some guests are still smoking indoors. The hotel really needs to improve its smoke odor remediation measures.

I brought my parents to Beijing for a trip this time, and after looking at several hotels, I finally chose Orange Crystal. We had a very comfortable stay for four nights, and my parents were delighted. The breakfast was also rich and varied, the environment was clean and tidy, and the details were well-considered. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress was supportive, the water pressure was strong, and the water heated up quickly to a comfortable temperature, making for a pleasant shower. A big thank you to Manager Xiao Meng for her thoughtful service, and Front Desk Xiao Chen was also very helpful. The internet speed was fast, which would be convenient for work. Parking and getting around were also easy and worry-free. The location is excellent!

I've always been a big fan of Orange Hotel, and my stays here are consistently great. The rooms have a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and there are wardrobes, a laundry room, and a gym available – the facilities are really comprehensive. The breakfast area offers a nice view through its floor-to-ceiling windows. Their breakfast spread is quite varied, with most of my favorites, both Chinese and Western options, and the taste is excellent. Safety isn't a concern either; you need your key card to access the upper floors via the elevator. If you order takeout, a robot will even deliver it right to your room door, which is incredibly convenient!

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, despite the language barrier, always showing kindness and a warm attitude. The housekeeping service was impeccable: towels, bathrobes, and bed sheets were changed every day, which is very much appreciated. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its professionalism, comfort, and the quality of its service. We will definitely come back!

This was my second trip to Beijing in mid-to-late October, and I chose to stay at the same hotel I did years ago, which added a nice sense of familiarity to revisiting the city. The most appealing aspect is the hotel's central location in Wangfujing. The interior environment is still quite good; whenever you return, you can enjoy a hot tea in the lobby to ward off the early winter chill. I didn't get the 'Jiangnan' room, so I opted for a premium room with a bathtub. Although I don't usually take baths, the room felt much more spacious, and having a window for ventilation was convenient for temperature control. The cleaning lady was very outgoing and easy to communicate with; she replenished the water daily, and tea bags and soft drinks were refilled the next day after use. For small items I needed temporarily, I could provide a list on WeChat mini-program, and a robot would deliver them, which is perfect for introverted travelers. However, since there's only one elevator and one robot, food deliveries might be a bit delayed during peak hours, but calling for human service is a warm touch. When checking out on the morning of October 26th, the front desk attendant was very gentle, asked for detailed feedback, and even gave a small gift, which brought a perfect end to my trip. Sorry I promised to leave a review but only had time to write a few words today (๑• . •๑). Finally, I suggest the hotel updates the in-room TVs when appropriate; not being able to easily cast content feels a bit outdated.
