This was my second time staying at Weishi, and after a week, it was an absolute disaster. The facilities and service were far below what you'd expect for 500 yuan/night; the value for money was extremely poor. The soundproofing in the room was terrible. During my stay, I could clearly hear snoring from the room next door, and I was woken up every morning by the sound of doors opening and closing. The hotel room doors wouldn't close properly from the outside without a hard slam. The hotel is quite large, but it only has one shared washing machine. The disinfectant tablets provided were chlorine tablets for pools, with an extremely pungent smell that was very irritating to clothes. The laundry detergent was left open, clumping due to dampness. The hotel clearly doesn't consider long-term guests; the laundry room is completely useless. The TV model was old, couldn't change channels, and didn't support screen mirroring – it was completely for show. For a price of 500 yuan/night, its only advantage in the area is its proximity to the school and its monopolistic location. However, the core internal facilities (soundproofing, laundry, in-room entertainment) are significantly behind the general standard for this price range. There's a doorman at the entrance, which feels more for show than practical use (why not use the doorman's salary to upgrade the hotel's interior?) Location is the only advantage.

The room was clean and the service was good. The only downsides were that there was no self-service laundry room, and every day around noon, the cleaning staff would automatically knock on the door to ask if I needed the room cleaned. On the plus side, there's a free gym.

As a customer, when I suddenly received a friend request from the hotel a few days after checking out, my first thought was that I had left something behind. Being chased for a good review after checking out is disruptive in itself and ruins the customer experience. Even platforms like Pinduoduo, which don't cater to high-end customers, understand that asking for a good review requires offering cashback. The attitude and words of the person assigned to ask for reviews made me feel bothered and uncomfortable. They even asked me to add another WeChat account, which was a very cumbersome process and severely impacted my experience. I understand that hotels need good reviews to attract more customers, but I hope you assign employees with higher emotional intelligence to handle this. This is a fantastic hotel with an excellent location, right next to Beihang University's Shahe Campus. It's just a 50-meter walk to enter the campus. The cleanliness and overall environment were also impressive. We booked a two-bedroom apartment in the building, featuring a two-bedroom, one-living-room layout. It was fully equipped and absolutely perfect for our family. The room even had a washing machine, and a dryer was available on the first floor. Parking was very convenient, and the staff were excellent. They were responsive to all our questions and enthusiastically helped us with our luggage. Upon learning our child was a new student registering at the university, they even gave us a welcome gift and a greeting card for freshmen, which truly made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment this time. The facilities weren't quite as good as a hotel, but it was really convenient for a family trip. Plus, having a microwave, fridge, and washing machine was a huge bonus, especially if you're staying for a medium to long term.
