Gubei Shuizhen Yinghua Inn

Service: The innkeepers were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their food was absolutely delicious! At first, I even asked the owner if they could serve a smaller portion of the multigrain steamed buns, worried we wouldn't finish them, but they brought the full order anyway. My mom and I ended up eating every last one – they were that good! 😋 Environment: The inn rooms are well-equipped, quiet, and clean, with a charming old-town feel. Most importantly, the inn's location is perfect; it's super quiet, and we slept wonderfully at night, which is so important! Summary: If you're visiting Gubei Water Town, stay at Yinghua Inn! It's fantastic value for money! We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time ~

Located right inside Gubei Water Town, you can easily get there by shuttle. There's also a restaurant right at the entrance. The hotel's decor is very unique and has a charming, retro feel. The rooms are well-equipped, just a tiny bit on the small side. We even got complimentary hot spring tickets and a delicious, substantial breakfast. Everything was really satisfying!

The soundproofing was excellent, and our room wasn't facing the street. Aside from some faint singing from a pub outside (not disruptive at all), it was very quiet at night. Breakfast was decent, and there was an extra 20 RMB charge for children. This guesthouse is conveniently located close to the scenic area's entrance. Recommended.

The hotel manager, Xiao Guo, was incredibly attentive and professional. The guesthouse food was delicious and reasonably priced. One night, we were out until 9 PM and wanted dinner, but all the restaurants we asked had closed. When we got back to the guesthouse, we casually asked Xiao Guo if there was still food available, and to our surprise, she simply said, 'Sure!' and agreed to help us. She even gave us an 18% discount. Absolutely fantastic!

Excellent guesthouse! The owner was very welcoming and thoughtful, providing a warm and comfortable experience. We left something behind, and the owner contacted us immediately. The ground floor also has a restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back! 😊

Great place for families with kids, and the service was good. Just a heads-up, don't try to check in too early; you might not get a room until around 3 PM.

Overall, it was a good stay. I stayed in the Yuguayuan, and the front desk staff, in particular, provided truly excellent service. My phone suddenly broke during my stay, and two kind gentlemen at the front desk helped me find a solution using their own phones. They ultimately solved the problem; otherwise, I wouldn't even have been able to get home. Thank you!
