I couldn't find my laundry, and they were very proactive and serious about helping me resolve the issue (it turned out they had dried it for me, and I was just careless and didn't notice). There's a shuttle bus to Beihai in the mornings at 7:20, 8:20, and 9:20, and the staff automatically ask if you'd like to take it.

The experience wasn't great; they promise one-on-one service, but one guide ends up with several families, essentially just arranging for you to queue and that's it. It's better to spend that money on an Express Pass. Don't buy raincoats; you barely need them. The splashes at Waterworld are minimal, and if you sit a bit further back, you won't even get wet!

The bathroom drainage in the room was also poor; the water would overflow when showering, and the design was impractical with no place to hang clothes. However, it was very convenient for getting to Universal Studios, as there was a shuttle bus service.
