The staff are very welcoming and nice. The location is also good.

We had a fabulous week in the Akeno Hotel. Beijing was hot and crowded and the Akeno was the perfect retreat at the end of hectic days. The rooms are large, cool and clean with calm decor. The staff were friendly and did their best to be helpful at all times (good to have google translate on hand). Breakfast was extensive and delicious and catered to a variety of tastes. We also found metro, supermarket, corner store and small cafes within easy walking distance and a large park right over the road. The main train station, and airport were within easy reach and for sightseeing we ordered cars through Didi on WeChat straight to the door. We would highly recommend

I like this hotel very much! The hotel is on the second floor of an office building. I didn't like serviced apartments at first, but this one is really better than I thought. The Zen style and marble decoration make me feel extra clean and happy. My room is sunny, the scenery outside the window is pleasant, the sofa corner is very comfortable, and the tea is free for the first use. It's so comfortable to make a cup of tea in a small corner and lie down with your eyes closed! The bathroom is also a style I like very much, and the bathtub looks very clean. Special mention is the self-heating clothes drying rod (specially booked for this hotel), hanging the washed clothes can basically dry overnight, business travelers really need this! Although there are not many types of breakfast, it is really delicious, especially suitable for my southern taste, and the dining environment is very quiet and comfortable. The service is also very good, and the front desk lady is very polite. The surrounding transportation is convenient, Sanlitun is very close, the hotel is a 10-minute walk from Chaoyang Park Metro Station, and a 13-minute walk from Tuanjiehu Metro Station. Finally, I want to talk about another room type I saw while passing by. The room was huge, and the marble occupied more area. It looked great. I hope to live in this room when I have money in the future.

Very dissatisfied! The hotel is in a building and is poorly managed. The building security guards are not allowed to come in to deliver breakfast takeaways, and the delivery guys are not allowed to enter. The stair door is locked when they come up the stairs, which shows that the fire protection is not good enough. The hotel waiters are arrogant and tell them to contact the delivery guys to get it. It’s not that they didn’t pick up the takeout orders they ordered. I originally wanted to have a takeaway breakfast and have a leisurely meal. However, more than 10 calls made me sleepy and angry, and I was very speechless. This is the bad experience of a high-priced hotel. Stay for three consecutive nights, welcome fruit once and slippers once.

It's rare to find a hotel with such a big room in Beijing's Third Ring Road. It's quite new and has good facilities. However, the rooms are decorated with wood and still have a smell. You need to open the window to sleep. The breakfast is really too basic, almost like a B&B.

Except that the hot water is not hot, everything else is good. Very satisfied, the location is convenient, Chaoyang Park is right at the door. It is also close to Sanlitun. It is convenient to go anywhere. The wontons for breakfast are delicious, and the service is generally good. I will stay here next time.
