By daylaight the hotel looks a bit different from the outside, but the location is correct. If your looking it up you might need to use "Kangfurui Hotel (Shunyi Fengbo Subway Station Branch)" to look for it.
The room:
Quite big. Nothing crazy, but fairly clean, with a working AC and wide beds. (The beds are not super long though, i am 1,90 m and taller people might have a problem)
There is enough daylight coming in. Definetly one of the biggest advantages for this price in Beijing.
Staff:
Was young, energetic and ready to help if needed.
Location:
It's outside of the City. So it'll take (by metro) 1,5 hours from the Center to get there. By Taxi it'll take 30 min to the airport (PEK) and by bus more than 1 hour. To the Great wall (Mutian yu) public transport will take 2,5 hours, taxi ~1 hour and cost 100 RMB
There are some Restaurants and a convenient store around. We Preferred the dumpling place and small supermarkets at the metro station the most. (~500m)

My friend and I stayed at Free Comfort Hotel for a night, and both of us had a great experience. I made the booking for 2 separate rooms, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. They allowed us to check in early at 10am, which we truly appreciated. The rooms were spacious, tide and very comfortable, ideal for families, travelers, or business trips. Although there aren’t many restaurants nearby, ordering food online is easy. The hotel is also conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from the subway. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay for both of us!

I would absolutely go back to this hotel. Location is very convenient, only a few minutes walk away from Line 15 metro station. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very friendly. The staff at the reception are super helpful and nice. Room cleanliness and the provided amenities are also great for a comfortable stay

The receptionist was very kind. They can improve more in cleaning the rooms especially the bathroom and add showering sleepers. Overall stay wasn’t that bad.

I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the subway network. Of course, in Chinese cities, including Beijing, near doesn't mean the same as in Europe, and in this case "just by the airport" means 19.5 km from it by car, but still this is way closer than any downtown hotel - and thanks to the nearby metro station (terminal station) you can get downtown in comfort and quite quickly. Things I liked and things I didn't like here? Liked the building, the furniture, the bed and bathroom cleanliness (perfect towels too). However, they didn't clean the glass top table well, and also the floor could be cleaner. Service was the other weak point. No English whatsoever, and also they tried to give me a "free downgrade" to smaller room without table and chairs, until I reminded them that I had booked a higher class room. Other than that... nice people, helpful... I was happy to stay there.

It's a good hotel, and the location is near a subway station. Hotel staff are very professional and helpful. But they do not have their restaurant.
