The facilities are well-equipped and quite new. The hygiene is excellent, spotless. All amenities are available. The staff are polite and always ready to help. It's easy to catch a taxi outside, perfect for business travelers.

The Superior King Room didn't quite live up to my expectations. Overall, the stay was decent. Parking was very convenient. The staff service was adequate, pretty standard. The room was clean, though a bit small. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted nice. All things considered, it offered decent value for money.

This was a spontaneous trip, and my first time visiting Beijing. Beijing is truly massive, and I'll definitely have to come back many more times!!! I told a friend my budget, and they helped me find this hotel. I originally only planned for two nights, but I'm a bit lazy – I'd go out in the morning and be back by 4 PM to rest. So, I barely explored during the first two days. It wasn't until the third day that I booked a park ticket and really packed my schedule! That's why I ended up extending my stay for a third night, booking through Ctrip. There were many reasons I decided to extend my stay, but the main one was simply how comfortable and happy I felt here! It's a place with real heart! The auntie who cooked delicious noodles in the restaurant; the cleaning auntie who meticulously tidied my room again and again; another cleaning auntie who thoughtfully helped me find ways to manage my allergies; the kind uncle who cleaned my yoga mat when I worked out in the early hours because I couldn't sleep; the uncle who promptly fixed my TV when it suddenly lost signal; the front desk team who kindly lent me umbrellas; the lovely lady on the phone who reassured me not to worry when I accidentally misplaced a hotel umbrella (it was later found!); the manager who took the time to chat; and the tall young man who sometimes blushed when he spoke – every single one of you was absolutely wonderful!!!!! You made me, a solo traveler, feel much less anxious and not so lonely. I'm sure I'll be back in Beijing, definitely!!!
