Stay at Chang'an Hotel (Beijing Railway Station Jianguomen Subway Station Branch)

Good price and good location. The staff is friendly. Remember to bring your own slippers, the shower area is slippery.

First of all, the hotel is in a great location, close to the train station, several affordable restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and shopping areas. You can also easily bike to the Forbidden City. The hotel looks exactly like the photos. My room was clean, and the shared bathrooms were cleaned frequently. The staff were also very helpful, and allowing me to check in before the official check-in time was a huge relief after more than 24 hours of traveling. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing is that you can hear everything outside of your room, so some guests that are sensitive about noise could have difficulty.

I stayed only for one night. Staff is very friendly. They do not speak English very well, but we always find a way to communicate, don’t we? My room was very clean and it was comfortable. They gave me this souvenir, which I appreciate a lot haha. It is very close to metro station (like a ten minute walk) and very close to Beijing Railway station, so, it’s very convenient. I would stay again there. I wish I had pictures of the room or the hotel even, but I was awfully tired.

Very nice hotel and good for our stay in Beijing. Sadly our room didn’t get offered to be cleaned once in our 4 night stay which was a shame as we had to take our own bins out etc. Regardless we had a good experience. Good location for attractions in Beijing
