Verygood service great

I had a problem with the first room they gave because it was next to the elevator and I could hear the noise of a ventilation fan or something. Next day, the hotel staff offered me 50% off the price for the first night and they upgraded my room. So, it was great.

The hotel is in a nice location, close to the bus station and subway station. The service people are very friendly. The only issue we had was that the room was very hot.

The hotel location is convenient close to a subway station. You can go to many nearest attractions places for a visit. Many universities surround the area . The environment in the hotel is quiet that allow to rest without any disturbance. The service at the reception is brilliant they can assist you at any time.

My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Reception staff worked hard to help me translate English to Chinese. One of the Reception male staff was exceptional in his efforts to help me with any issues and enquiries. The breakfast was plentiful and I really enjoyed the lunch set menu. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Beishatan metro, line 15.

Pros The hotel is nice and quiet. The rooms are very clean and modern. The staff are friendly and helpful Cons The internet was non-existent. The bathtub was tiny and took well over 20 minutes for the water to become warm. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting, 'hot food' was actually cold. The pancakes tasted as if they had been cooked in gutter oil - vile. The tables were dirty and almost no evidence of staff cleaning up. I was so disappointed. Overall Would I rebook here? I don't know. The room and staff were good but the food made me vomit, it was that bad.

Great hotel, good location and price. Very nice air conditioning and bathroom and service.

It was an excellent place for my stay; and I enjoyed running along the canal in the mornings. Staff were kind and helpful. It would have been good to have a safe in the room.

A decent hotel in a good location for many Universities and Haidian hospitals. The reception staff were efficient and welcoming. The room was clean and water, slippers etc were provided. There was also shampoo to use and they weren’t “one use” bottles which is great. There was a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee. The bed was comfortable and firm. The air conditioning didn’t work very well and, although it wasn’t hot, it also wasn’t very cool. There are a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I’d stay again.
