I was staying in the hospital to accompany my baby. When I came back, I found that the things I left in the room disappeared inexplicably. I didn’t find them until I checked out. I dare not stay in this hotel next time!!!

The room is quite big, the soundproofing is not good, and the facilities are a bit old: 1. The bathroom is not separated into dry and wet areas, so there will be some water accumulation and slippery 2. The anti-theft buckle cannot be closed. At 7 o'clock in the morning, the auntie opened the door and came in directly, which scared me awake. The auntie probably also found someone, and left without saying anything 3. The water pressure of the shower is problematic, the hot water is sometimes strong and sometimes weak, and it is difficult to adjust the temperature.

All measures are OK, but most of the customers staying here have to rush to the airport. The instructions for the airport pick-up service should be very clear to prevent customers from missing their planes.

The hotel is very close to the airport and has a free shuttle bus to the airport (reservation is required in advance). There are many restaurants near the hotel to satisfy all tastes. There is a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Friendly service. Clean and sanitary rooms.

There are restaurants, fruit shops and snack shops around for convenient purchase (the only drawback is that the room card did not work when I checked in, so I asked a staff member to change the card later). No service or facilities at all, just a shabby hotel! The corridor door when you enter the hotel room is shabby, the room is smelly, the bathroom is super old, and the door closes loudly and is so old! Even if I only stayed for one night, I still felt uncomfortable! The advantage is that there is a car to take you to the airport!

As soon as we arrived, the waitress upgraded us to a superior room for free. Then, we met a few African friends who had insufficient RMB when they checked in. We helped them translate and solve the problem. We learned that it was the same the other day. The front desk MM paid the room fee herself and then the guests paid it back. A big plus is that the hotel is cheap and it's 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. But I didn't like the room at all - there was an unpleasant smell that couldn't be removed because there was no window. The shower and toilet were dirty, it's good that the hotel gave you flip flops to wash in. I didn't want to stay in the room at all, it's better to pay extra for an overnight stay during a long layover.
