Kyrie from the front desk checked me in and thoroughly explained the hotel facilities and operating hours. Manager Ding was also very helpful with my luggage, and Manager Evan Liang provided excellent service as well. Overall, my stay was fantastic and definitely worth it.

I'm a regular guest at this hotel, and I often book their properties. This particular hotel is in the city center, within the second ring road. The price is a bit higher compared to other hotels, but sometimes when I have business in this area, I have to choose this one. I hope they offer more discounts! 🌈🤪

The hotel's location is excellent, perfect for both business travelers and families. The breakfast spread is fantastic and really gets your appetite going. The swimming pool is also a great amenity. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Tian, was incredibly helpful and meticulous. She was professional and efficient in assisting our foreign business group with multiple check-ins, extensions, and check-outs.

I used to stay at this hotel frequently over 20 years ago. It has a great location, with direct access to U-Town Shopping Center. Both dining and shopping options are incredibly convenient. Back then, I absolutely loved Chef Ge Xueyong's tomato and egg noodles – truly delicious! I haven't visited much lately, and several years have flown by. This time, returning to a familiar place, everything felt so comforting and familiar. Beijing was beautiful with spring in full bloom, and the weather was perfect. When I got to the front desk, a young man smiled and greeted me from a distance. He was friendly and composed, handling my check-in quickly and meticulously. This is exactly the impression I've always had of this place – even after several years, their service quality remains consistently excellent. The room was great, and I slept soundly and sweetly. The next day, I took a walk around the hotel, enjoying the bright spring scenery – the flowers were stunning, and the sky was so blue!

Staying at the Crowne Plaza Beijing Chaoyang U-Town was a fantastic experience! The location is superb, and the room was clean and tidy. She was always prompt in addressing my needs and attentive throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. The quality truly stands out.
