I couldn't have chosen a better hotel for my first time in Beijing. The location is excellent, and DiDi drivers can drop you and pick you up at the door if necessary. You can use the laundry room for free, and breakfast was cheap and included many options. The staff was kind and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The view from the corridor was spectacular (see photo attached).

I had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk to the subway and very convenient for visiting Wangfujing, the Forbidden City, and other attractions in Beijing. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever I needed assistance. The hotel's location near Wangfujing and the metro also makes it a convenient base for exploring Beijing. What made this stay truly unforgettable was that my birthday happened during my visit. To my surprise, the hotel prepared a thoughtful birthday gift for me. It was such a warm and genuine gesture that made me feel very welcomed and appreciated as a guest. It turned an already great stay into a very special memory that I will always remember. Thank you to the entire Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing team for your outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

It was a good hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. The morning buffet was good.

The service was great. An unforgettable 5-night stay! The location is absolutely top-notch, making it so easy to explore Wangfujing and nearby attractions. Our Deluxe King Room was spotless, very comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities. The service from the staff was warm and professional throughout our trip. Highly recommended for couples looking for a fantastic getaway in Beijing!

Location was convenient, and the room was spacious but everything thing seemed “adequate”, not what o expected from this hotel. Things were dated and service mostly cold and distant, the team at the reception desk did not even look up to make eye contact as I passed them multiple times daily. I made use of the massage room, which again did not meet the standard of facilities or service I would expect in the price bracket being charged. Room was clean, but in much need of a revamp, the ceiling above the bath looked as though it may fall in at any second. The bar I stumbled across late on the third night of my stay looked quite good, but there was no real way of me having known this existed other than accidentally stumbling upon it, it was not mentioned anywhere in my room or on checkin. I have no idea of whether evening meals were available as I could find no information about this. Thoroughly adequate.
