Lavande Hotel (Lize Business District, South Square, Beijing West Railway Station)

I had a very satisfying stay! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were both efficient. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted good. The location was excellent and convenient for getting around.

I booked during peak season, so the room rate was a bit high and not great value for money. The environment was decent, but the service was genuinely excellent.

The window in the room on the 6th floor was quite small, and overall, it wasn't very soundproof. The room itself was spacious, though. The facilities were a bit old.

I really liked that the room was spacious :) There is a bedside table next to the bed, as well as power outlets and two USB charging ports, so I found it very useful to place my devices there and charge them well. The lobby on the first floor has massage chairs and a delivery pickup zone, and it is comfortable as it is divided into three areas for chatting. Disposable toothbrushes and combs are provided, and reusable hand wash, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are located in front of the shower.

It's very close to the conference hotel where I often hold meetings, and the hotel service is excellent. There are stationery stores, supermarkets, fresh food stores, KFC, tea shops, and spas all within 200 meters, making it very convenient.

Facilities: The room was spacious and clean, with well-equipped facilities such as air conditioning and TV. The shower water pressure was strong, and the pillows were especially comfortable. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the bathroom facilities looked new and were very tidy with no unpleasant odors. Environment: Very close to the West Railway Station, and there's a market nearby, making it very convenient. Service: The service was very attentive. They upgraded my room free of charge. Because I needed to stay a couple more days for work, they quickly helped me extend my stay after I called. I will definitely choose this hotel again. It's very suitable for business trips and family travel.
