Empark Grand Hotel Beijing

The whole family was satisfied. The guest relations department contacted us in advance and upgraded us to a family room, which was fantastic: the room was spacious, well-ventilated, and even had a washing machine – it was incredibly comfortable! For this price, the overall experience completely exceeded our expectations! Oh, and the big ice cream cones were cheap and delicious.

This was my client's first trip to Beijing. He had initially booked a Hilton near the airport, but I convinced him to switch to this hotel for its convenient location. The hotel also offers airport transfer, but it wasn't very cost-effective, so I ended up booking a car for him instead. He was very impressed with the breakfast, the Cuilan Ting restaurant, and the coffee bar.

The room was clean and the service was great. The Kalcity Energy City downstairs was very convenient for kids to play sports, eat, work out, and swim. Highly recommended! I forgot my charging cable when checking out, and the hotel proactively notified me and even mailed it back for free. Thumbs up!

Excellent service! We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but it was quickly resolved and we even got an upgrade. Our stay was fantastic. This hotel is a prime example of top-notch service you'd expect from a traditional five-star establishment. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Beijing.

Extremely satisfied with the room! The service was attentive and warm. The room itself was very quiet and spacious. Downstairs, there's an underground shopping mall with lots of great food options – I especially loved Xiaogu Jie's Malaxiangguo. The room had a desk, perfect for getting some work done, and even an English-style power outlet. The bed was super comfortable, and I really liked the duvet; its thickness was just right for summer. There were plenty of complimentary bottled waters, which was a thoughtful touch. They even gave us some fruit – a big apple and three oranges. So heartwarming! I'll definitely be back.

This hotel is fantastic! The front desk staff are warm and efficient, and everyone's smiles made us feel right at home. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious Beijing specialties. It's definitely a hotel worth returning to, and the surrounding transportation is very convenient. The lobby decor is also unique and stylish!

The hotel has an elegant style and the stay was excellent. A special shout-out to Dandan, the duty manager, whose service was not only warm and attentive but also incredibly quick and effective in handling unexpected issues, which made us feel completely at ease. It was a very pleasant stay!
