Because of jet lag reason booked the wrong time, call them to change the check in time, also asked the platform customer service to help to coordinate, but this hotel just do not give to modify. Stayed one night, deducted the money for two nights. Unreasonable hotel, will never stay again. 服务态度超差的酒店

Generally the service is great and all the facilities and amenities are good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When they learned we were staying at the hotel to celebrate our anniversary, we were gifted flowers and a cake. The hotel building is a little old but everything in it is very high quality and the service is great.

Cons: Personally I didn't like this hotel and won't go back. There were random pieces of mismatching furniture lined up along the wall, and just in general very old hotel, but charging 1.8k per night is completely disproportionate, if rooms were around 700 you can't complain. Pros: Breakfast buffet had good choice and the outside garden was really nice! Hotel allowed me to cancelled our second night even thought it was originally not cancellable. Much appreciated!!

Friendly Front desk, nice location that near Beijing Zoo and West Station.

Very good breakfast and dinner. The Swimmingpool and the sauna are ok.
