Homeinn Hotel (Beijing Tiantan Hospital)

We stayed in Beijing with my parents for two days and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Facilities: All amenities were quite complete, especially the shampoo. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Environment: There's a restaurant downstairs, and a bun shop for those early mornings, making it convenient for grabbing a bite before catching the bus to the Great Wall. Service: I especially want to commend the front desk lady for her excellent service. She was accommodating to every little request. We arrived very early on our first day and stored our luggage for the day. We checked out early that morning and stored our luggage for the day as well. She was very attentive. Thank you for your service.

The room was okay, but after checking in, I discovered... Service: The front desk was extremely poor. They only gave two people one key card, and we requested an extra one, saying the hotel didn't have enough. We asked for the smoke odor to be treated before check-in, but they didn't do anything about it, saying they didn't have enough air purifiers. Their attitude was terrible! Cleanliness: The cleaner came with a sullen face, as if we owed her money! She was upset because we requested a shorter cleaning time! They only gave one toilet paper towel, which wasn't enough for two people. Amenities: There were no toilet paper in the room, and the hair dryer was 800 years old and couldn't even dry my hair! The shower door was severely warped, so it rained outside while I was showering, and one of us couldn't use the sink! In short, I've stayed in many hotels, but this one had the worst service! The stay was a terrible experience!

This is my first time staying at Home Inn in nearly ten years, and it is also the best time I have stayed at Home Inn. Not to mention the environment, the sound insulation is really bad. At five in the morning, the children were running around, and the parents were calling after them. Even the sounds of brushing teeth and washing faces could be heard clearly. I had a bad sleep to begin with, let alone this. Apart from the geographical location being close to the place of work, there are no advantages at all. I don't know where the good reviews come from!

1. Home Inn is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There are no windows. 2. When I checked in, they said breakfast was included and that I could check out at 2 PM. The next day, they denied anything. I told them they'd mentioned it the day before, and then they acknowledged it.

The environment is too bad and does not match the price. Such a room is only worth 100. The front desk service is not good either. In short, it is a very bad stay. I suggest you change to another one. This one is really not worth it.

I booked a twin room without windows. There was an air purifier in it, which made the sound a little loud when it was on. I felt very cold at night because I was sick. I contacted the front desk to ask for a thermometer, but they said there was no one. Then I asked for a quilt. After a long time, a quilt was delivered. I had to put the quilt cover on myself. The quilt cover had obvious stains and the quilt core was large. After dyeing it, I ended up making do with this quilt without a quilt cover and sleeping outside the original quilt. When I woke up in the morning, I discovered that there were black stains on the pillowcase, too. The breakfast provided was eaten at a cooperative shop outside the hotel.
