The location is excellent, but the cleanliness is quite poor. The kettle not only had stains on the outside but also had standing water inside, which really startled me. I didn't dare to use it at all. Breakfast was just so-so, but at least they had eggs.

This is my second time staying here in Beijing. The room isn't huge, but it's clean and tidy. What's really great is how convenient it is for getting around, with easy access to both the subway and buses.

The room was great! Spacious and new, plus there was a fruit platter and snacks! The service was warm and attentive! We extended our stay.

Great location, very near to the center of the city. The metro entrance is 50 meters from the entrance of the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Very easy check in and out. We had an issue managing the AC but the staff fixed it.

The front desk service was excellent. I was there for a marathon, and the staff members, Xiao Nan, Xiao Zhang, and Xiao Guo, were all very friendly. They noticed I was returning late and kindly extended my check-out time so I could get more rest, which was really thoughtful.

Initially, I didn't get a room with a window as I requested, but the front desk staff was very helpful and sorted it out for me. The hotel's location and room style are definitely good value for the price, and it's much better than the last hotel I stayed at. It's also really close to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. The only downside is that because the room isn't very well ventilated, you have to use the air purifier, and it's quite noisy.

It's great. Every time I come to Beijing, I stay here. The transportation is convenient, right near the subway station. The hygiene is excellent, the environment is comfortable, and the staff are very enthusiastic. It's especially suitable for families with children.

I rarely leave reviews, but I'm going to be completely honest about this hotel for everyone's reference. The only good thing about this place is its convenient location; everything else is terrible. The room is tiny, there's no wardrobe, nowhere to put luggage, and the bed is too small. The bathroom is minuscule, the carpet is filthy black, and the bed skirt has clearly visible stains. The facilities are outdated, and you only get toiletries if you ask for them. There are countless uncleaned spots. Mid-shower, the showerhead handle burst! When I called the front desk, either no one answered or they were incredibly impatient. It took over an hour and several follow-up calls before someone finally came to fix it, and by then it was late at night, disrupting our sleep, especially with a child. The most notable issue is the hotel's cold and unhelpful service. They were dismissive and impatient with every question. I asked if children received complimentary breakfast vouchers (as other hotels had provided), but they told me to purchase them at the restaurant. Fine, I went to buy them, and to my surprise, they meticulously measured my child's height at the restaurant entrance and then charged an extra 58 RMB for breakfast at the adult rate! I was speechless. Inside, there was hardly anything to eat; it wasn't even worth 28 RMB, and the staff were still rude. For 500-600 RMB a night, this hotel is definitely not worth the price. I wouldn't stay here again even if it were free. It was a complete hassle, to be honest. Avoid at all costs!

The hotel is super convenient, right outside Xuanwumen subway station. However, it's definitely an older property; the facilities are dated, and the soundproofing isn't great. Plus, my room window looked directly onto the exterior wall of another building.

On a business trip, this hotel was excellent. It's very close to where I needed to go. I'll definitely choose it again in the future. The room even had an old-school Panasonic fridge, which cooled really well. It felt like a blast from the past, reminiscent of state-owned enterprises from a bygone era.

Pleasantly surprised! I initially thought, being an older hotel, the facilities would be just okay. But the service attitude upon check-in was excellent. They upgraded the room for my parents, and the breakfast was good too. No new renovation smell, and it was very clean. It's right next to the subway station, so tourist spots like Tiananmen and Xidan are very close. It's also near Niujie (for food) and Beijing West Railway Station. Plus, there's a large supermarket nearby. Very good. I'll definitely come back next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station. The Lanzhou beef noodles and KFC downstairs both taste great. The first room the hotel assigned had a drain odor, but after I brought it up, they proactively changed my room and upgraded it. Thumbs up!

The renovations taking place outside the hotel were a bit of a nuisance. There was also no small grocery store nearby.
